Terms Of Service
Payments are always upfront, but exceptions can be made, in that case the amount can be split into individual charges through a certain number of months decided upon negotiation with the Artist.The Client must make the Artist aware of any deadlines before payment.The Client cannot change their mind about the theme and details of the commission. Minor changes are allowed and major changes only if the Artist got the description previously agreed on wrong, and both minor and major only during Sketch phase, after that it'll only be allowed changes to coloring.NO REFUNDS. The Client will not receive a refund if The Client decides to cancel the commission after payment.The Artist do reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission if issues arise that makes it a problem or even impossible to finish the piece.The Artist will update the Client when necessary. Client can check in if they feel it's necessary or as a reminder if enough time has passed.The Artist reserves the right to reject any commission for any reason.The Artist has the right to display all commissioned work anywhere. If The Client does not want the commissioned artwork displayed it must be stated upfront, but ultimately it is The Artist choice.The Artist retains ALL the rights to the artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise. Rights can be negotiated.The Client may not make any derivative work for commercial use nor profit from the artwork.The Client can upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is always required.The Client must be 18 years old or older.By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.
